With winds forecasted to be 10 to 15mph, Icebreaker, RedBeard and yours truly decided to paddle northeast into Round Lake. Beautiful day with winds picking up to 25+ knots.

Loons, butterflies and dragonflies were prolific. Butterflies were black with a white strip on either wing- not a swallowtail. Different types of dragonflies were a dragonfly photographer's dream- green bodies, green eyes, blue eyes, big and little.
